Abstract:
Conductive paste for a semiconductor element, a preparation method thereof and a solar cell. The conductive paste comprises the following raw materials in parts by weight of 100 parts: 80.0-93.0 parts of metal powder; 6.0-15.0 parts of organic carrier; 0.5-5.0 parts of oxide etchant; the oxide etchant contains Fe2O3, SiO 2 and Na 2O; on the basis of 100 mole parts of the oxide etchant, Fe 2O 3:SiO 2=0.1:40-25:10; and Na 2O:SiO 2=0.1:40-10:10. The conductive paste shows excellent etching performance when being sintered at a temperature of less than or equal to 700℃, so that the metal powder forms a good ohmic contact with silicon on the surface of a PERC crystalline silicon solar cell, thereby reducing the resistance of a front electrode, and obtaining the front electrode with low contact resistance, good conductivity and strong adhesive force. The resulting PERC crystalline silicon solar cell is greatly improved in performance.
