Abstract:
The present disclosure provides a method of producing a conductive pattern and an application thereof, said method including: a step for preparing a laminated body having a transparent substrate, a light-blocking pattern which is on the transparent substrate, and a negative-type photosensitive resin layer which is disposed on the transparent substrate and the light-blocking pattern and which is in contact with the transparent substrate; a step for irradiating with light the surface of the transparent substrate which is on the opposite side from the surface facing the light-blocking pattern; a step for forming a resin pattern in a region defined by the transparent substrate and the light-blocking pattern by developing the negative-type photosensitive resin layer; and a step for forming a conductive pattern on the light-blocking pattern.
