Title:
CONDUCTIVE RUBBER COMPOSITION FOR SENSING
Document Type and Number:
WIPO Patent Application WO/2023/026619
Kind Code:
A1
Abstract:
The present invention addresses the problem of provinding a conductive rubber composition for sensing, that exhibits good responsiveness in terms of the change in the electric resistance value in response to distortion, and that allows accurate detection of cracking. The solution to this problem is a conductive rubber composition for sensing, characterized by containing a rubber component, carbon black, and carbon nanotubes, wherein the rubber component contains 80 mass% or more of acrylonitrile-butadiene rubber, and the product (A x B x C) of the adsorption specific surface area A (m2 / g) of the cetyltrimethylammonium bromide (CTAB) on the carbon black, the adsorption quantity B (ml/100g) of the compressed dibutyl phthalate (24M4DBP) on the carbon black (24 m4 DBP), and the carbon black content C (parts by mass) per 100 parts by mass of the rubber component, is 300,000 or more, the adsorption specific surface area A of the cetyltrimethylammonium bromide (CTAB) on the carbon black is 80 m2 g or more, and the content of carbon nanotubes per 100 parts by mass of the rubber component is 1 part by mass or more.
