Abstract:
A conductive slip ring, comprising a housing (1); a stator (2) is provided in the housing (1); the stator (2) is connected to a rotor (4) by means of a bearing (3); several conductive rings (5) are evenly distributed on the rotor (4); several conductive wires (6) that respectively correspond one-to-one with the conductive rings (5) are disposed on the stator (2); one end of each conductive wire (6) slides and comes into contact with each conductive ring (5), and the other end of each conductive wire (6) is helically bent into a spring structure to fixedly connect to the stator (2); an insulating ring (7) is provided between two adjacent conductive rings (5); the insulating rings (7) are fixedly connected onto the rotor (4); annular grooves are provided on the insulating rings (7); several isolation plates (8) that respectively correspond one-to-one with the insulating rings (7) are provided on the stator (2); one side of each isolation plate (8) is fixedly connected onto the stator (2), and the other side of each isolation plate (8) extends into the annular grooves and slidingly fits with the annular grooves. The spring structures may provide thrust to the conductive wires (6) and enable the conductive wires (6) to come into close contact with the conductive rings (5) in real time, thus automatically compensating for abrasion loss and extending the service life.
