The present invention relates to a conductive substrate and a touchscreen having same, and the conductive substrate of the present invention comprises an electro-conductive pattern provided on at least one surface of the substrate, wherein the electro-conductive pattern includes an outline structure of closed figures connected consecutively, and the electro-conductive pattern does not have a closed figure of an identical form in a random unit area (1 cm x 1 cm), and the number of vertices for the closed figures is different from the number of vertices for the rectangles, which are same in number as the closed figures.
