Abstract:
The present invention relates to a reduced graphene oxide and conductive thin film production method using expandable graphite, enabling the production of reduced graphene oxide and a conductive thin film, the reduced graphene oxide, compared to conventional reduced graphene oxide produced by a chemical exfoliation method using natural graphite, etc., having an electrical conductivity and specific resistance which are improved so as to be at least ten times higher, thereby having excellent electrical properties, and also having exceedingly excellent mechanical properties such as scratch, exfoliation properties, etc., and the conductive thin film produced by the production method of the present invention being usable for an electronic device requiring excellent electrical properties and mechanical properties, such as a supercapacitor, thin-film transistor, secondary battery, fuel cell, solar cell, display device, etc.
