Abstract:
Disclosed is a cone crusher structure, which comprises a casing (1) arranged in an inverted cone shape and an upper crushing wall (2) mounted on the upper portion of the casing (1). A lower crushing wall (3) arranged in an inverted cone shape is arranged under the upper crushing wall (2). An eccentric shaft (4) is also arranged within the casing (1) for driving the lower crushing wall (3) to rotate eccentrically. The maximum inner diameter of the bottom portion of the upper crushing wall (2) is larger than the maximum outer diameter of the bottom portion of the lower crushing wall (3). The cone crusher structure is used in the fields of crushing devices. By processing the inner and outer diameters of the bottom portions of the upper crushing wall (2) and the lower crushing wall (3), the working area overlapped at the bottom portion of the upper crushing wall (2) and the bottom portion of the lower crushing wall (3) is increased, and the working space can be increased effectively. During use, working efficiency will not be substantially reduced due to the wearing between the upper and lower crushing walls, and the efficient operation can be maintained in long term.
