A cone rotary bin for a full-automatic traffic cone placement and retrieval vehicle, comprising a bin separating cylinder (3) and a plurality of cone holders (7), wherein the cone holders (7) are cuboid-shaped frames, and the end faces thereof are square; and two deep groove ball bearings or rollers (7-1) are correspondingly arranged outside the two ends of each cone holder (7). The end part of one end of the cone holder (7) is provided with a cone placement and retrieval opening (7-3), and the outer edge of the bottom of a cone (6) can leave and enter the cone holder (7) by means of the cone placement and retrieval opening (7-3). Two ends of the bin separation cylinder (3) are each provide with a rotary disc (1), and the rotary discs (1) and the bin separation cylinder (3) can rotate integrally. The inner side disc surface of each rotary disc (1) is divided into a plurality of cone holder channels by cone holder partition plates (4), and is provided with a major arc slideway (2) arranged close thereto. A minor arc slideway (5) is arranged corresponding to the major arc slideway (2), and the minor arc slideway (5) and the major arc slideway (2) form a closed circular ring when being combined together.
