Abstract:
Disclosed in the present application are a conference management method and apparatus, a terminal device and a storage medium, the method comprising: acquiring conference information of a conference to be processed; calculating a total cost budget according to the conference information; querying hotel information of target hotels matching the conference information and the total cost budget in a preset conference record database or a third party reservation system; if querying is successful, sending the hotel information of the target hotels to a client; acquiring hotel information of a desired hotel selected by a user from among the target hotels, and initiating a reservation process according to the hotel information of the desired hotel; and if detected that the reservation process is successfully completed, generating and outputting a conference two-dimensional code. According to the present application, the total cost budget of a conference may be reasonably calculated according to the requirements of the activities of the conference, an appropriate hotel is matched according to the total cost budget of the conference, and negotiation with regard to offer information of the hotel may be automatically performed. Therefore, costs may be effectively monitored and controlled, and the intelligence level of conference preparation is increased.
