The present invention provides a confidential authorized transfer method, a device, and a storage medium. Said method comprises: in response to a confidential authorized transfer command, generating a first confidential authorized transfer transaction which uses a first expendable asset, pays to a payee a second expendable asset requiring authorization, and makes a change to a third expendable asset, wherein the first confidential authorized transfer transaction comprises proof of existence information of the first expendable asset, a payee public key of the second expendable asset, and an authorized party public key, if the first expendable asset needs to be authorized, the transaction further comprises proof of authorization information thereof; sending the first confidential authorized transfer transaction to a blockchain network for blockchain nodes to execute: the existence verification and double-spending verification of the first expendable asset; performing authorization verification when the first spendable asset needs to be authorized; and when all the verifications are passed, recording the first expendable asset into an "expended" repository, and recording the second expendable asset and the third expendable asset into an "expendable" repository.
