Abstract:
Provided is a confidential information processing system supporting quantum homomorphic cryptography satisfying strong circuit confidentiality, the system comprising an encryption device (400). The encryption device (400) comprises an encryption unit (404) that generates a first ciphertext by encrypting a first plaintext using a first public parameter and a first encryption key and generates a second ciphertext by encrypting a second plaintext using a second public parameter and a second encryption key. Each of the first parameter and the second public parameter is generated by using a security parameter. The first encryption key is generated by using the first public parameter and a first decryption key generated by using the security parameter. The second encryption key is generated by using the second public parameter and a second decryption key generated by using the security parameter.
