Abstract:
Disclosed is a conjugate double-cavity shuttle plate rotor engine, mainly composed of three main portions including, a stator, a rotor (10) and shuttle bodies (9), wherein the stator is composed of a housing (1) and two end covers (4), with the two end covers (4) having a mirror-symmetrical structure; the rotor (10) is fixed on an output shaft (3); and the shuttle bodies (9) are slidably arranged on the rotor (10) in the axial direction, and the two shuttle bodies (9) are radially symmetrical on the rotor (10). The inner surface of the housing (1) of the stator, the two inner surfaces of the two end covers (4) of the stator, which are conjugate to each other after being mounted, and a surface of a rotor shaft form two conjugate cavities (2) on the two sides of the stator. Each stator end cover (4) is designed to provide a medium inlet cavity (6) in one radial direction and the axial direction, and the other side of the stator end cover (4) is designed to provide a medium discharge cavity (19). A spark plug (7) ignites the mixed gas sprayed into the medium inlet cavity (6), and the detonation gas pushes the shuttle bodies (9) to further push the rotor (10) to drive the output shaft (3) to rotate, so as to output kinetic energy. The thermal efficiency of engine fuel and the utilization rate of the water potential energy of hydroelectric power generation can be greatly improved.
