Abstract:
Provided are a conjugated polymer compound having superior semiconductor properties, a method for producing the same, and an organic semiconductor material and an organic semiconductor device that use said compound. The conjugated polymer compound is represented by formula (1) (wherein A1 and A2 are each independently CR1 or N; R1 is H, a halogen atom, an alkyl optionally substituted with D, a cyano, an alkoxy optionally substituted with D, an alkylthio optionally substituted with D, an alkoxycarbonyl optionally substituted with D, an alkylcarbonyl optionally substituted with D, or an aryl optionally substituted with D; X1 and X2 are each independently formula (II); R2 to R4 are H or the like; R3 and R4, if alkyl groups or aryl groups, may bond together to form a ring; and n is an integer greater than or equal to 2).
