A connecting component for panels of a drawer is used for assembling a panel (70) of the drawer onto a side board (60) of the drawer. A fixing component (10) is installed on a side board (60) of the drawer, a connecting component (40) is installed on a panel (70) of the drawer, and thus the panel (70) of the drawer is assembled onto the side board (60) of the drawer through connecting the connecting component (40) with the fixing component (10). The fixing component (10) comprises a base (11) on which a hook component (20) movable relative to the base (11) is installed, and a drag component (30) movably installed on the hook component (20) is also installed on the base (11) for dragging the hook component (20), thus the hook component (20) displaces between a balance position and a hook position. Two ends of a tension spring (25) are respectively connected to the hook component (20) and the base (11). After the drag component (30) is pushed by the connecting component (40), the hook component (20) is detached from the balance position, and is, with the tension spring (25) pulling, displaced automatically to the hook position, so that the hook component (20) hooks the connecting component (40), thereby the panel (70) of the drawer is pulled to be connected with the side board (60) of the drawer.
