Abstract:
A connecting device for a manifold skid, and a fracturing system and a method for operating the fracturing system. The connecting device comprises at least one connecting assembly (10), each of the at least one connecting assembly (10) comprising a movable elbow (101), a connecting hose (102) and an adjusting device (103), wherein the movable elbow (101) comprises a first connecting end (101A) and a second connecting end (101B), and the first connecting end (101A) is configured to be connected to a manifold skid and can rotate relative to the manifold skid; the connecting hose (102) comprises a third connecting end (102A) and a fourth connecting end (102B), the third connecting end (102A) is configured to be connected to the second connecting end (101B), the fourth connecting end (102B) comprises a metal connector (M), and the metal connector (M) is configured to be connected to an output port (301) of a fracturing apparatus (30); and the adjusting device (103) comprises a clamping portion (103A) and an adjusting portion (103B), the clamping portion (103A) is configured to clamp the metal connector (M), and the adjusting portion (103B) is configured to adjust the relative position of the metal connector (M) and the output port (301). By means of the connecting device, the connecting procedure of the manifold skid and the fracturing apparatus can be simplified, the connecting efficiency is improved, and manpower is saved on.
