A connecting piece and a cup-shaped blind hinge. The connecting piece is rotatably connected between a hinge cup (1000) and a hinge arm (2000); the connecting piece comprises: a first connecting piece (3100), one end thereof being hinged to an end part in the hinge arm (2000) away from the hinge cup (1000), and the other end thereof being hinged to a second connecting piece (3200); the second connecting piece (3200), which is connected between the first connecting piece (3100) and the hinge cup (1000); a third connecting piece (3300), which has a bent shape, one end thereof being hinged to an end part in the hinge arm (2000) close to the hinge cup (1000), the other end thereof being hinged to a fourth connecting piece (3400), and the bending position of the third connecting piece (3300) being hinged to the second connecting piece (3200); and the fourth connecting piece (3400), which is connected between the third connecting piece (3300) and the hinge cup (1000). A buffer assembly (4000) is externally provided on the second connecting piece (3200) and is used for decreasing the rotational speed of the third connecting piece (3300). The opening and closing angles of a cup-shaped blind hinge is increased, and a buffering effect of the cup-shaped blind hinge during opening and closing is enhanced.
