Abstract:
A connecting shaft apparatus comprising a wheel axle (30), an axle sleeve (31), a ball race (32), balls (33), a ball stopper (34), a ball stopper rotation-stopping sleeve (35). Ball race accommodating holes (62) are provided at either extremity of the axle sleeve (31). A ball stopper rotation-stopping hole (53) is provided on the ball stopper (34). Provided on the ball stopper rotation-stopping hole (53) and/or the ball stopper rotation-stopping sleeve (35) is a ball stopper rotation-stopping sleeve extraction structure for clamping and extracting the ball stopper rotation-stopping sleeve (35) mounted on the exterior of a ball stopper outer threaded part of the wheel axle (30) and within the ball stopper rotation-stopping hole (53). The balls (33) are mounted within the ball race (32). The ball stopper outer threaded part of a connecting shaft (2) runs through the axle sleeve. The ball race mounted at the extremity of the axle sleeve is connected with a ball stopper thread. The rotation-stopping sleeve is mounted within the ball stopper rotation-stopping hole (53). In the ball stopper rotation-stopping sleeve, a rotation stopping part (57) fits a ball stopper rotation-stopping part (54) to restrain rotation of the ball stopper rotation-stopping sleeve relative to the wheel axle (30). The ball stopper rotation-stopping part (54) fits a ball stopper rotation-stopping sleeve outer rotation-stopping part (56) to restrain rotation of the ball stopper (34) relative to the ball stopper rotation-stopping sleeve (35). The ball stopper (34) is non-rotatably mounted with the wheel axle (30). This is advantageous in that the ball stopper rotation-stopping sleeve (35) can be extracted conveniently, quickly, and reliably from the ball stopper rotation-stopping part (54), while the ball stopper (34) and the connecting shaft (2) do not shift in reverse.
