Disclosed is a connecting structure for a flexible track lamp holder (1) and a track (2). The connecting structure comprises the flexible track lamp holder (1) and the track (2), which is slidably connected to the flexible track lamp holder (1), wherein two parallel conductive grooves (21) extending along the lengthwise direction of the track (2) are arranged on a side face of the track (2), and an earth wire metal strip (22) extending along the lengthwise direction of the track (2) and electrically connected to an earth wire is arranged on the top of the track (2); and the flexible track lamp holder (1) comprises a connecting base (11), a limiting baffle (12), two electrode portions (13) and an earth wire elastic piece (14), the limiting baffle (12), the two electrode portions (13) and the earth wire elastic piece (14) each being arranged inside an accommodation cavity formed inside the connecting base (11). The connecting structure between the flexible track lamp holder (1) and the track (2) is more stable and reliable, preventing the situation in which a flexible track lamp falls down and greatly improving the safety performance.
