Abstract:
A connecting-type guide pipe device for underwater concrete pouring, comprising at least two guide pipes (2) that are detachably connected together and can communicate with one another; each guide pipe (2) is detachably connected to an adjacent guide pipe (2) by means of a connecting structure (3), and the connecting structure (3) comprises a first bearing (51) provided on the outer wall of one guide pipe (2) and a second bearing (52) provided on the outer wall of the other guide pipe (2); an end part of the first bearing (51) is connected to an inner sleeve (61), and an end part of the second bearing (52) is connected to an outer sleeve (62); the inner sleeve (61) and the outer sleeve (62) are matchingly sleeved together; and the first bearing (51) and the second bearing (52) are oppositely combined so that each guide pipe (2) is detachably connected to the adjacent guide pipe (2). According to the connecting-type guide pipe device for underwater concrete pouring, a drawing embedded fastening connecting means is employed, thus adjacent guide pipes (2) are convenient and fast to mount and dismount. The connecting-type guide pipe device is economical and practical, and is used in an underwater concrete pouring process so that the guide pipes (2) can be rapidly connected, mounted and dismounted. In addition, the device has good water sealing performance.
