Abstract:
The objective of the present invention is to achieve a connection part of a multifilamentary superconducting wire, which has high current-carrying characteristics. A connection part of a superconducting wire according to the present invention comprises: a sintered body containing a first MgB2, which affixes a superconducting wire; and a sintered body containing a second MgB2, which connects a plurality of superconducting wires.
