Abstract:
A connection support server capable of establishing communication between a request terminal and a response terminal. The connection support server comprises a connection maintaining unit for maintaining the connection from the response terminal, a terminal information receiving unit for receiving response terminal specifying information used to specify the response terminal, a connection information storage unit where the connection specifying information used to specify the connection that the connection maintaining unit maintains is stored after relating the connection specifying information to the response terminal specified by the response terminal specifying information, a request receiving unit for receiving a communication establishment request of the request terminal to the response terminal, and an establishing unit for establishing communication between the request terminal and the response terminal when the request receiving unit receives the communication establishment request, by using the connection specifying information related to the response terminal in the connection information storage unit.
