Abstract:
Disclosed in the present invention are a connector assembly and a vehicle. The connector assembly comprises at least two electric connection skeletons and connectors arranged at two ends of the electric connection skeletons; each connector comprises a connection terminal; the connection terminal is made of copper or a copper alloy; the material of the electric connection skeletons comprises pure aluminum or an aluminum alloy having an aluminum content of 90% or above; the electric connection skeletons are electrically connected to the connection terminals by means of spacer metal layers. The electric connection skeletons made of aluminum or an aluminum alloy have very high electric conductivity and are completely capable of transmitting high currents in electric vehicles. The copper terminals are isolated from the electric connection skeletons by means of the spacer metal layers, thereby slowing down electrochemical corrosion between the copper terminals and the electric connection skeletons, and prolonging the service life of the connector assembly. The electric connection skeletons are arranged in a twisted manner, electromagnetic interference can be counteracted, and use of shielding layers for the electric connection skeletons is reduced.
