　The purpose of the present invention is to reduce abrasion of a contact-point part of a contact due to vibration of the contact. A connector (2) of the present invention is provided with an electroconductive contact (4) having long shape, and a housing (5) in which an internal space (51) is formed. The contact (4) is provided with a contact-point part (42), a connecting part (43), a fixed part (44), and a protruding part (46). The contact-point part (42) is electrically connected to an electroconductive member when the contact (4) is accommodated in the housing (5). The connecting part (43) is electrically connected to the core wire of an electrical wire (6). The fixed part (44) is provided on the side opposite from the contact-point part (42) with the connecting part (43) therebetween, and fixes a cover part (62) of the electrical wire (6). The protruding part (46) is provided in a manner protruding to the end-part side opposite from the connecting part (43) in the fixed part (44), and reduces the movement distance of the contact (4) in the internal space (51) of the housing (5).
