Abstract:
This connector is attached to a casing made of metal and is electrically connected to a mating connector comprising a first mating terminal, a second mating terminal, and a mating shield member. The connector comprises: a first terminal; a second terminal; a shield conductor; an electrically conductive member that constitutes an electrical conduction path along with the first terminal; a circuit protection member that is connected to the first terminal and the electrically conductive member and constitutes the serial electrical conduction path along with the first terminal and the electrically conductive member; and a connector housing that holds the first terminal, the second terminal, the shield conductor, the electrically conductive member, and the circuit protection member, is attached penetrating the casing, and disposes the circuit protection member to the inside of the casing. The shield conductor is provided so as to be exposed from the connector housing, and has a second end part electrically connected to a portion of the casing inside the casing.
