Abstract:
The present invention addresses the problem of providing a connector (1) that combines seal integrity, ease of injection and hygiene; and a connector valve body (5) that is used by the connector. The present invention, which solves this problem, involves a connector valve body (7) that is provided with: a cylindrical hollow head (21) having an outer peripheral surface (32), which is in close contact with a connection opening (12), and a flat top surface (36), which is exposed to the connection opening (12); a body (23) that is positioned on the opposite side of the top surface (36), and has three through holes (52-54); and a head support part (22) having a second seal (41) positioned between the cylindrical hollow head (21) and the body (23). The present invention also involves a connector (1) that is provided with a connector tube (5) and a connector body (7) having three connection openings (12 to 14), and an internal space (15) linking the three connection openings (12 to 14). The connector (1) is capable of moving: to a first position in which the outer peripheral surface (32) seals the inner peripheral surface of a connection opening (12), and the second seal section (41) presses against an inner peripheral step (19); and to a second position in which the connector contracts in an axial (C) direction due to pressure acting in the axial (C) direction, thereby allowing an inner cavity (81a) of a tube body (81) to communicate with the internal space (15).
