Abstract:
In a connector, a holding means wherein a pressing section (48) of a turning member
(16) can turn is provided between a press-receiving section (34) and a connecting
section (36) of an H-shaped contact (14). When the pressing section (48) turns,
a rotating shaft (54) shifts to perform small rotation, and a contact section
(32) of the contact (14) is brought into contact with a connecting object by turning
an operating section (46) in a direction of a fitting port (18) of a housing (12).
A notch (82) is arranged on a substrate (80), the connector (10) is connected by
having the connector dropped into the notch (82), and fixtures (17) are arranged
for fixing to the substrate (80) on the both sides in the longitudinal direction.
Protruding pieces (60) which protrude vertically to the substrate (80) are arranged
on the side of the connecting section (36) of the fixed contact (14), on the both
sides or one side of the connector (10) in the longitudinal direction, integrally
with or separate from the fixtures (17). Thus, the rotation angle of the turning
member (16) is limited by the protruding pieces (60).
