Abstract:
In order to suppress looseness between two housings, this connector (1) is provided with a lower housing (2) and an upper housing (3). A lock part (27B) is formed in the lower housing (2). An elastic lock piece (42) that hooks onto the lock part (27B) is formed in the upper housing (3). The elastic lock piece (42) is cantilevered and restricts relative movements of the lower housing (2) and the upper housing (3) in a separating direction which is the direction opposite to a coupling direction. Protrusion parts (27) that protrude outwardly to the left and right are formed in the lower housing (2). Protrusion restricting parts (60) that restrict movement of the protrusion parts (27) are formed in the upper housing (3). The protrusion restricting parts (60) have a slanted surface (42C) that is slanted so as to shorten the movable range of the protrusion parts (27) in the separating direction along an assembly direction.
