Abstract:
This connector 10 is provided with: a housing 16 made of resin, which has a first opening 24 open upward; and a terminal 14 made of electrically conductive metal, part of which is embedded in the housing 16. The terminal 14 is provided with a base end section 34 which protrudes forward from the rear face-side inner wall 26A of the first opening 24 of the housing 16, a connection section 36 which is provided extending forward and which is connected to a counter-device, and a joining section 38 which joins the front end of the base end section 34 and the rear end of the connection section 36. The base end section 34 and the connection section 36 are arranged on different axes when viewed in a third direction perpendicular to a first direction and a second direction. The length L1 of the base end section 34 is greater than or equal to the distance L2 between the base end section and the connection section.
