The objective of the present invention is to improve vibration resistance performance.　A connector (10) is provided with a terminal retaining member (25) made of synthetic resin, in which terminal fittings (41) are retained, and a metal case (11) which is integrated with the terminal retaining member (25) and which accommodates one end portion of each terminal fitting (41), wherein the case (11) includes a displacement restricting portion (21) in the shape of protrusions and recesses, and the displacement restricting portion (21) is formed in a surface of contact of the case (11) that comes into contact with the terminal retaining member (25). When the metal case (11) and the synthetic resin terminal retaining member (25) are thermally deformed, meshing between the displacement restricting portion (21) and the terminal retaining member (25) causes an anchoring effect to be exhibited at the surface of contact of the case (11) that comes into contact with the terminal retaining member (25), suppressing relative displacement between the case (11) and the terminal retaining member (25).
