Abstract:
A connector 10 for connection with a first electrical wire 11A which includes a first core wire 12A and extends in a fore-aft direction, the connector 10 comprising a first terminal 20 which is connected to the first core wire 12A, and a connector housing 60 in which the first terminal 20 is housed and through which the first electrical wire 11A is passed. The first terminal 20 comprises a first terminal body 21 and a first slide portion 22 which, in a state of being externally fitted on the first terminal body 21, is slidable in the fore-aft direction. The first terminal body 21 comprises a pinching portion 25 that pinches the first core wire 12A. The first slide portion 22 includes: a core wire insertion opening 31 into which the first core wire 12A is inserted from the rear; a pressing portion 32 which presses the pinching portion 25 toward the first core wire 12A inserted from the core wire insertion opening 31; a guide portion 34 which is disposed in a rear-end portion of the first slide portion 22 and is inclined inward of the first slide portion 22 as the guide portion 34 extends forward; and a linking portion 35 connecting the pressing portion 32 and the guide portion 34 continuously in the fore-aft direction. The guide portion 34 is disposed more outward of the first slide portion 22 than the pressing portion 32.
