A constant-rotational speed heat dissipation motor for an electric tool, comprising a motor body (1). A transmission shaft (2) is fixedly connected to a transmission end of the motor body; a heat dissipation grid (3) is fixedly mounted at the middle of the motor body (1); a top cover (4) is fixedly mounted at the upper end of the motor body (1); a heat dissipation net (5) is fixedly mounted at the upper end of the top cover (4); a first rotor (6) is movably mounted at the lower end of the interior of the motor body (1); a bearing (7) is fixedly mounded at the upper end of the first rotor (6); and a second stator (8) is fixedly mounted at the upper end of the interior of the motor body. According to the constant-rotational speed heat dissipation motor for the electric tool, internal double-shaft transmission is utilized, such that when the motor body is loaded, a heat dissipation fan can be driven by the second rotor to rotate at an original rotation number, an internal heat dissipation fan continuously rotates at a constant rotation number for heat dissipation, and the situation that a heat dissipation effect becomes poor as a result of the reduction of the rotation number of the motor due to the load is avoided; and the heat dissipation effect is effectively improved.
