Abstract:
A constant-temperature rubber sleeve for a handle of a beach buggy, the rubber sleeve comprising a rubber sleeve body (1), wherein a cylindrical cavity structure matched with the outer shape of a handle is provided in the center of the interior of the rubber sleeve body (1); a heating pipe (2) that is spirally distributed in an axial direction is embedded into the rubber sleeve body (1); a heat insulation sleeve (3) is fixed on an inner wall of the rubber sleeve body (1) in a tensioning fit manner; the heating pipe (2) is in contact with and fixed to an outer wall of the heat insulation sleeve (3); a control box (4), which forms an integrated structure with the rubber sleeve body (1), is arranged on an outer side of an end of the rubber sleeve body (1); a mounting seat (5), a control panel (6), a diaphragm (7) and a sealing cover (8) are sequentially arranged in the control box (4); a wire of the control panel (6) is connected to the heating pipe (2); and a wire outgoing hole (9) is arranged at the bottom of the control box (4) in a radial direction. The constant-temperature rubber sleeve for a handle of a beach buggy has the advantages of heating being more uniform and not prone to loss and a constant temperature being achievable.
