Abstract:
Disclosed is a constant-torque wheeled obstacle-crossing robot, comprising a frame (200) and three claw-type obstacle-crossing wheels (100). A front side of the frame (200) is provided with two constant-torque electric motors (10) arranged symmetrically, and a rear side of the frame (200) is provided with a universal assembly (20), wherein two of the claw-type obstacle-crossing wheels (100) are respectively located on the front side of the frame (200) and are symmetrically arranged leftwards and rightwards, and are respectively in driving connection with the two constant-torque electric motors (10), and the other claw-type obstacle-crossing wheel (100) is rotatably mounted on the universal assembly (20). The constant-torque wheeled obstacle-crossing robot can transmit power to the claw-type obstacle-crossing wheels through the constant-torque electric motors so as to drive the claw-type obstacle-crossing wheels to rotate, and when the speeds of the two claw-type obstacle-crossing wheels change, the constant torque of the constant-torque electric motors is maintained; therefore, even if the robot encounters an obstacle, the robot still has enough power to cross the obstacle, thereby avoiding the problems of slipping, overturning, etc., of the robot caused by torque insufficiency, such that the robot is more stable when going forward, going backward and turning, and has a higher operation efficiency.
