Abstract:
A constant velocity universal joint with wheel hub bearing unit consists of a wheel hub (3), a bearing unit and a fixed end universal joint (1). The stalk portion of the fixed end universal joint (1) has external splines to match the internal splines of the wheel hub (3). The bearing unit has an outer ring (4) and two rows of rollers (5, 6). The outer ring of the wheel hub and the outer ring of the fixed end universal joint are used as the internal ring (4) of the bearing unit together. The first race in which one row of rollers are disposed is formed on the excircle of the wheel hub, and the second race in which the other row of rollers are disposed is formed on the excircle of the fixed end universal joint.
