Abstract:
The present invention relates to a construction apparatus and method for hanging, integrally assembling, and integrally lifting a building vertical formwork. The construction apparatus is used for being mounted on a steel platform of a building machine, and comprises an I-shaped steel hanging head, I-shaped steel, a pulley hanging point, a turn buckle, a hanging rod, and a U-shaped clamping ring; the I-shaped steel is disposed at any position of the steel platform by means of the I-shaped steel hanging head; the pulley hanging point is provided on the I-shaped steel; the pulley hanging point is connected to the hanging rod by means of the turn buckle; the U-shaped clamping ring is provided at the tail end of the hanging rod; the U-shaped clamping ring is used for being connected to a vertical formwork. According to the present invention, binding and pouring of reinforcing bars of a vertical wall are performed firstly, the vertical wall formwork is lifted along with the steel platform after undergoing mold release, and then pouring of beam slabs is performed. A formwork hanging system is flexible in arrangement, is suitable for various structures and floor heights, and can enable the vertical formwork to undergo mold release and assembly and be lifted along with the steel platform. By using the construction apparatus and method in the present invention, the original processes of dispersedly disassembling, dispersedly assembling, and transferring the vertical formwork are omitted, and the effects of reducing the labor intensity of workers and shortening the construction period are achieved.
