Abstract:
The purpose of the present invention is to provide a construction elevator device that minimizes damage to a governor rope and makes it possible to perform work for extending the governor rope. To this end, this construction elevator device is provided with: a machine room unit 1 capable of movement in a rising/descending direction within a hoistway 9; a car 2 that is suspended below the machine room unit 1 by a main rope and that rises or descends along a guide rail 10; a governor body 22 arranged on the machine room unit 1 and provided with an upper pulley 21; a lower pulled 23 arranged below the hoistway 9; a governor rope 24 that is hung between the upper pulley 21 and the lower pulley 23 and that rises or descends synchronously with the car 2 via a lifting device 4; and an emergency stop device 5 that is provided to the car 2 and that operates by means of the lifting device 4 and stops the car 2 from rising or descending. In addition, the machine room unit 1 is provided with a rope clamp 7 capable of gripping the governor rope 24.
