Abstract:
Provided is construction machinery in which automatic cancellation of movement restrictions following sudden acceleration unintended by an operator or the like is prevented even if the tilt angle for the vehicle body changes. The construction machinery comprises a movable vehicle body 50, 3D sensors (obstacle detection devices) 5, 6, 7, 8 that detect obstacles present around the vehicle body 50, a tilt angle determination device (tilt angle detection device) 9 that detects the tilt angle of the vehicle body 50, and a vehicle body controller (control device) 14 that is equipped with a movement restriction function to execute restriction control for restricting movement of the vehicle body 50 when an obstacle is detected by the 3D sensors (obstacle detection devices) 5, 6, 7, 8. The vehicle body controller (control device) 14 disables the movement restriction function if the restriction control is not executed by the movement restriction function when the tilt angle of the vehicle body 50 exceeds a prescribed threshold value and does not disable the movement restriction function if the restriction control is executed by the movement restriction function when the tilt angle of the vehicle body 50 exceeds the prescribed threshold value.
