Abstract:
Disclosed is a construction method for crossing over an existing line and crossing under a sewage jacking pipe by means of a water-rich sand layer shield tunnelling machine at a short distance. The method specifically comprises the following steps: S1) before construction, using MIDAS GTS NX software in combination with a previous FLAC3D numerical simulation to optimize a tunnelling scheme, so as to determine parts which are under stress unfavourably; S2) tunnelling a test section, wherein before passing, a stratum from 45 to 60 m in the direction of a shield tunnelling machine is the test section; and S3) carrying out passing construction by means of the shield tunnelling machine, which process comprises: (1) earth pressure control, (2) shield tunnelling machine thrust control, (3) synchronous grouting, (4) in-tunnel weight measures, and (5) automatic tunnel monitoring. The construction method provides a good reference for solving the problem of engineering construction in which it is difficult to control a water-rich sand layer shield tunnelling machine to cross risky points at a short distance, and has remarkable economic and social benefits and very good application prospects.
