Abstract:

One form of the present invention provides a construction method, a construction device, and a construction program with which it is possible, with size constraints for a limited set of culture media, to construct a culture media panel having high compatibility with cells having various characteristics. In one form of the present invention, a construction method for a culture media panel comprising a plurality of culture media optimizes cell culture results, and in said method, a processor executes: a region setting step for setting regions in a space for culture medium compositions; a characteristic enumeration step for enumerating a plurality of cell characteristics; a prediction step for predicting, on the basis of the cell characteristics of a target cell, culture results for the target cell in a provided culture medium composition; a search and enumeration step for searching for and enumerating culture medium compositions for which the cell culture results are very high values for each cell characteristic included in the plurality of cell characteristics; and a construction step for constructing a culture media panel using the culture medium composition candidates associated with the very high values.
