CLAIMS

The invention is a construction system (1), and is characterised in that; it comprises at least six rods (2); at least three connecting members (3) providing unification of the said six rods (2) in the central points of theirs; and a piece (5) having a triangular appearance, being comprised of at least six hinges (4) providing unification of the rod (2) ends.

A Construction system (1 ) according to Claim 1 , and is characterised in that; said piece (5) comprises rod (2) that is manufactured from aluminium profile, glass, wooden, plastic, titanium, metal materials.

DESCRIPTION

A CONSTRUCTION SYSTEM Related Art

The invention relates to particularly a different construction system that is used in the construction industry, exhibition stands, awnings of commercial vehicles, tent structures and similar framing that can be opened and closed easily. Prior Art

Today, setting up of a construction framework is performed in a demanding and time- consuming way. For example, in an existing construction framework, the parts / rods comprising the system are added to one another one by one, giving square, spider and many similar polygonal shapes. However, the resistance of theirs is not efficient due to the formation of flexibility in this type of construction frameworks.

One of the improvements made in the prior art on the subject is described in the Japan Patent document with no JP 2005290837. In this application, a tent structure that is setup ergonomically and that can be closed by folding, and is resistant to natural factors such as wind, etc. is described.

Another invention contained in the prior art on the other hand is disclosed in the US Patent document with no US 2007012347. Here, a tent roof with a ceiling structure in coliapsible structure that can be surrounded with columns fixed to the floor is disclosed.

In conclusion, the existence of the need for a construction framework having a collapsible, ergonomic and resistive structure, and the inadequacy of the existing solutions have made it mandatory to make an improvement in the pertinent related art. Brief Description of the Invention

To eliminate the disadvantages of the related art, a purpose of the invention is to realise a construction system with high resistivity that can be opened and closed easily.

Another purpose of the invention is to create a construction framework that minimises losses of time and labour occurring during opening and closing of it.

A further purpose of the invention on the other hand is to create a practical and functional embodiment that takes up little space during loading, shipping and storage.

Another purpose of the invention is to create a construction framework to create a construction framework that is economic in terms of usage, material, shipment and storage.

To meet said purposes, the invention is a construction system having a variety of forms, and is characterised in that; it comprises at least six rods; at least three connecting members providing unification of said six rods in the central points of theirs; and a piece having a triangular appearance being comprised of at least six hinges providing unification of the said rod ends.

In a preferred embodiment of the invention, said piece comprises rod that is manufactured from aluminium shape, glass, wooden, plastic, titanium, metal materials.

Structural and characteristic properties of the invention and all of its advantages will be understood more clearly from the figures given below and from the detailed description written by means of making references to these figures and therefore the evaluation should also be made by taking these figures and the detailed description into account.

Detailed Description of the Invention

In this detailed description, the construction system (1 ) according to the invention is described only for a better understanding of the subject-matter and not to constitute any limiting affects. The said construction system (1 ), as seen in Figure 1 and Figure 2, in its most basic form, is comprised of at least six rods (2); at least three connecting members (3) providing unification of the said six rods (2) in the central points of theirs; at least six hinges (4) providing unification of the said rod (2) ends; at least one piece (5) created through unification of the said rods (2), the structures each one of their pieces having a triangular form with the combination of the said pieces (5) with one another, yet can be in different shapes as a whole (Figure 3 and Figure 4) and thereby providing high resistivity.

In the construction system (1 ) according to the invention, by means of combining the pieces (5) with one another, a solid structure is created for users in the construction industry, exhibition stands, awnings of commercial vehicles, tent structures and similar framing systems along with the provision of the property of ergonomic opening and closing. The rod (2) laying the foundation of the construction system (1 ) according to the invention can be manufactured from preferably aluminium profile, glass, wooden, plastic, titanium, metal materials. Around this basic concept, all parts of the construction system (1 ) according to the invention are assembled into a monobloc, providing the user with the convenience of usage to use the system (1 ) wherever he wishes. Development of extremely varied applications of this system (1 ) is possible; the invention can not be limited with the examples described herein.
