Abstract:
A consultation business support system capable of immediately responding to consultation, inquiry and the like from a client, in which, when receiving a liaison of various consultations from a person asking the consultations, a suitable measure is rapidly guided, so that a consultation business can be smoothly executed, is provided. If there is an inquiry from the person asking the consultations, a client is specified from a data base (8) by client retrieval means (10). By procedure guide means (11), selected items corresponding to consultation contents are displayed in display means (4a) and, further, the consultation contents corresponding to the selected items are successively displayed. An operator conveys each time a guide content, and successively deals with the consultation contents. In case of accident/trouble of a vehicle, accident location retrieval means (12) retrieves a location of the object vehicle on a map and registers it. Further, it retrieves a warehousing destination of the vehicle, and computes a distance from the present location to a location of the warehousing destination.
