A consumable electrode twisted wire arc magnetic spin control welding method, in which the twisted wire welding consumable electrode arc welding point is used as the center; coaxial coils are added around the center; a DC current is passed into the coaxial coils to form a longitudinal magnetic field; the force direction of the longitudinal magnetic field on a twisted wire welding arc should be consistent with the spin direction of the twisted wire welding arc and opposite to the twist direction of a twisted wire; the direction of the longitudinal magnetic field is controlled by the direction of the DC current; while the twisted wire melts to release its twist, the angular velocity of the twisted wire welding arc is rapidly increased due to the effect of the Lorentz force, realizing high-speed directional spin of the twisted wire welding arc. The welding method can effectively overcome technical deficiencies such as internal porosity and joint performance degradation of twisted wire welding, and realize further regulation of weld seam structure and joint performance.
