Abstract:
The present disclosure addresses the problem of providing a contact device and a breaker device that can improve arc-extinguishing performance. A fixed member (3) has a fixed contact (31). A movable member (5) has a movable contact (51). A first mask (4) is provided to at least a portion of an area, in the surface region of the fixed member (3), surrounding a fixed contact part (313) and opposing the movable member (5). The fixed contact part (313) is in the fixed contact (31), and is in contact with the movable contact (51). A second mask (6) is provided to at least a portion of an area, in the surface region of the movable member (5), surrounding a movable contact part (513) and opposing the fixed member (3). The movable contact part (513) is in the movable contact (51), and is in contact with the fixed contact (31).
