Abstract:
The present invention relates to a contact device and a character measurer comprising same, the contact device having an operation, such as rotation, added thereto so that all surfaces of the contact device of the character measurer, which measures insulation resistance and the like of a cell, come in contact with the cell, and thus contact failure of the contact device is minimized and process accuracy and efficiency can be increased. The contact device of the character measurer, which measures the characteristics of a cell, according to the present invention, comprises: a body part having a connection hole in a shape of being penetrated from one surface toward the other surface thereof; a connection part including, at one side thereof, a first shaft coupled to the connection hole, and, at the other side thereof, a second shaft formed to be parallel with the first shaft; and a contact part having, at one side thereof, a fastening hole in a shape of being penetrated from one surface toward the other surface so that the second shaft is coupled therethrough, and, on the other side thereof, a terminal coming in contact with the cell, wherein the connection part can rotate on the basis of the body part by means of the first shaft, and the contact part can rotate on the basis of the second shaft.
