Abstract:
The present invention achieves a contact lens which irradiates an eye of a user with light having a predetermined wavelength band and causes a non-visual action to the mind and body of the user. A contact lens according to an aspect of the present disclosure has: a central region corresponding to the pupil of an eye of a user; and a light-emitting part which is disposed in the central region and emits, according to the reception of the light having a first wavelength band, light having a second wavelength band different from the first wavelength band.
