Provided is a contact protection circuit of a relay, comprising: a first control module (11) and a second control module (12) which are connected in parallel to each other and have two ends respectively electrically connected to an AC input circuit (16) and a capacitive AC load (17), wherein the first control module comprises a relay (111), and the second control module comprises a semiconductor control module (121). The protection circuit also comprises a time-sequence control module (13), a relay control module (14) and a zero-crossing detection module (15). When receiving a switching-on signal, the time-sequence control module controls the zero-crossing control module so that same is switched on at a first time so as to switch on the semiconductor control module, controls the relay control module so that same is switched on at a second time so as to close the relay, and controls the zero-crossing detection module so that same is switched off at a third time, wherein the second time and the third time respectively delay for a predetermined time after the first time. The protection circuit can prevent a relay from bearing a huge current shock when a load is powered on. In addition, also provided is a power supply control device containing the protection circuit.
