Abstract:
The present invention refers to a transmitarray and to the cells of such an antenna array. The technical result is to reduce the size and simplify the structure of cells of the controlled transmitarray. An antenna array cell comprises a central printed circuit board including a symmetrical slot structure and at least two switching elements located in said slot structure symmetrically with respect to the plane of symmetry of the slot structure, an input and output polarization filters, and a control line for controlling the switching elements, wherein one of the polarization filters is configured to transmit radiation with polarization parallel to the symmetry plane of said slot structure, while the other of the filters is configured to transmit radiation with polarization perpendicular to the plane of symmetry of said slot structure, wherein the input polarization filter, the central printed circuit board and the output polarization filter are separated from each other by a gap.
