A contactor, comprising a fixed contact element (70) having a contact side conductor (170) installed in a housing (30) to easily perform a replacement operation in a short time and having a fixed contact (71) at a position opposed to a movable contact (51) on a movable contact element (50) and a screw side conductor (270) having terminal screws (275) for connecting the wire cables (100) of an electric circuit and detachably installed on the contact side conductor (170).
