Abstract:
Provided are a container drying system and a drying method employing far-infrared radiation. The system comprises: a drying oven body (1), an infrared drying layer (2), and an infrared control system. The infrared drying layer (2) is provided with a planar infrared radiation heating layer, is mounted inside the container drying oven body (1), and is connected to the infrared control system. A material for drying is placed on a tray (3), and the tray (3) is placed inside the drying oven body (1). The material is dried by means of far infrared radiation to produce a dried material, wherein a specified difference exists between a peak wavelength of the materials and a wavelength of the far infrared radiation. An agricultural product is dried by means of a far-infrared resonance effect, and a single nutritional ingredient in the agricultural product is effectively preserved by means of "biased matching" between an infrared wavelength peak of a heating unit and an infrared wavelength peak of the agricultural product, so as to implement drying of materials.
