Abstract:
[Problem] To realize: a container which makes it easy for merchandize on display to maintain a posture facing forward; and a presentation method. [Solution] A container 1 for use by being suspended on a columnar support body, the container being provided with: a through-hole section 2 which has a thickness of 2 mm or less and through which a columnar support body can be passed; and a housing section 3 which is capable of housing a to-be-stored object Da therein, wherein the through-hole section 2 comprises a first portion 21 through which the columnar support body can be passed and a second portion 22 which is disposed contiguously to the first portion 21 on a side opposite to the housing section 3 side of the first portion 21, and a boundary portion 23 between the first portion 21 and the second portion 22 has a width W smaller than the diameter of the columnar support body.
